The ZV11X Granite is a precision turntable built with a CNC-machined 6061 solid aluminium plinth and a solid Polyacetal Copolymer POM platter. Its construction focuses on mechanical stability, controlled resonance behaviour and accurate rotational performance.

The plinth uses an acrylic disc sandwich for resonance control and rests on solid 6061 aluminium feet with adjustable spikes. The platter is made from solid Polyacetal Copolymer POM, machined and contoured to a thickness of 60 mm, with a stainless steel bearing cap, JIS standard-bronze insert, Teflon thrust plate and stainless steel bearing shaft with oil reservoir cup.

The ZV11X Granite is supplied with the TZ-1 Crossbow 12" tonearm. Designed by Helmut Thiele and built by Zavfino 1877Phono, the Crossbow adds a precision tonearm system with 304.8 mm effective length, Pure Silver Litz 34AWG internal wiring and carefully engineered adjustment options.

The motor is housed separately in a CNC-machined 6061 solid aluminium block with a CNC-machined aluminium motor housing cap. It uses a 9V low-torque 50/60 Hz motor with POM pulley, a shielded detachable AC power cable and a 1.6 mm cast silicone belt.

Speed control is handled by a separate speed regulator with 33.3 rpm and 45 rpm selection, fine pitch control adjustment and 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz power compatibility. The regulator is built from aluminium 6061 and rests on non-marking rubber feet.

The ZV11X Granite is available in Charcoal Matte Metallic, Powder Coat and Custom finish options.
