The OCC Silver Dart™ is the result of three years of development and testing, combining Zavfino’s H-Wound™ stranding technique on large gauge conductors with a newly developed graphene-doped conductive dielectric. Built with Single Crystal OCC Copper, cryo-treated conductors and a cable-in-cable design, it is engineered for demanding high-end loudspeaker systems.

The OCC Silver Dart™ is the culmination of three years of development and testing, using Zavfino’s H-Wound™ stranding technique on large gauge conductors together with a newly developed graphene-doped dielectric and conductive dielectric.

Using the H-Wound™ stranding process, each core is designed for “Zero Strand Loss” during assembly. The final horizontal silver OCC layer allows for perfect pitch across the conductors and also acts as a barrier layer to prevent fallen or clipped strands during the assembly process.

This results in 100% identical cores before they are secured in the connectors.

The Silver Dart’s OCC conductors are cryo-treated before extrusion and then undergo Zavfino’s thermal cleaning process to remove external dirt, oils and drawing residue from the conductor surface. This high-voltage cleaning also puts a continuous voltage through the cable, giving the Dart the sound and performance of a cable that has been run-in for many months.

Silver Dart also uses Zavfino’s spaced layer “cable-in-cable” technique. This construction insulates the cable to an overall diameter of 23 mm, using a power-cable-inside-a-power-cable design that is unique to Zavfino and contributes to its signature sound.
