Like all 1877Phono cable products, the Nova-OCC goes through an ultrasonic cleaning process. During this process, the raw copper is passed through a supercharged water bath to remove dirt, oil, particles and impurities from the surface of the wire. This ultrasonic bath also has the added effect of giving the cable a pre-burn sound that could otherwise take hundreds of hours to achieve through normal use.
