The Majestic MKII OCC 12AWG Audiophile Power Cable is built with PC-OCC single crystal 6N copper conductors in a 3 x 12AWG construction. Designed for higher-current demanding components, it combines tight-pitch stranding, deep cryo treatment, Ultra Sonic 7 Treatment and three-layer shielding.

The Majestic MKII OCC power cable is the direct result of Zavfino’s experience in developing the high-performance and high-value Fina audiophile grade power cable. Leveraging the same design and construction approach as the Fina power cable, The Majestic incorporates larger PC-OCC conductors in a 3 x 12AWG configuration.

This makes The Majestic suitable for higher-current demanding components, including components with larger or stand-alone power supplies, preamplifiers, integrated amplifiers, amplifiers and demanding source components. It is therefore the natural complement to the Fina power cable when used in a full-Zavfino power cable loom, where power demand dictates cable choice.

Zavfino uses high-purity Japanese PC-OCC single crystal copper conductors in The Majestic power cord. The 6N, 99.9999% Pure Copper Ohno Continuous Cast copper is an extremely high-quality audiophile-grade conductor material and is valued for its inherent naturalness, inner warmth and absence of grain.

Using a tight perfect-pitch twist to construct the conductors, The Majestic delivers a no-compromise conductor with higher copper content per metre than many competing products. This tighter pitch compresses the conductor cores and contributes to the full, rich and complete sound of The Majestic.

Great care goes into the preparation and production of The Majestic’s PC-OCC conductors. Before extrusion, the conductors are ultrasonically and thermally pre-cleaned and burned-in to remove oil, residue and impurities that may be present after multi-stranding draw down. Once the variable-size strands are twisted into the tight-pitch finished 12AWG individual core, they undergo an ultrasonic thermal clean process again at even higher voltage, eliminating final impurities and resulting in the unique pre-burned, broken-in sound inherent to Zavfino cables.

The 12AWG PC-OCC ultrasonically cleaned bare conductors are sent directly through a pressure extruder, applying 105°C PVC insulation directly over the cores and sealing the conductor in its purest state. Cotton filler insulation, a 100% drain shield and two braids complete the cable before it is terminated with Zavfino’s robust connectors.

The result is a power cable that is dynamically masterful and open, harmonically rich and exceptionally quiet, through its unhindered delivery of power to audiophile-grade components
