The OCC Silver Dart™ is the culmination of more than three years of research, development, and critical performance testing. Engineered as a no-compromise reference power cable, Silver Dart combines Zavfino’s proprietary H-Wound™ conductor geometry with newly developed graphene-doped dielectric technologies to achieve exceptional current delivery, low noise characteristics, and maximum signal integrity.

At the core of the Silver Dart design is Zavfino’s H-Wound™ stranding process, specifically developed for large-gauge OCC silver conductors. This precision manufacturing technique guarantees “Zero Strand Loss” during assembly, ensuring complete conductor integrity and identical electrical characteristics across each individual power core. A final horizontally wound OCC silver layer maintains precise conductor pitch while simultaneously acting as a protective barrier against strand deformation or clipping during termination and assembly.

The result is a set of perfectly matched conductors prior to integration with Zavfino’s audiophile-grade power connectors, preserving consistency in impedance, conductivity, and overall electrical performance.

All OCC conductors undergo a proprietary cryogenic treatment process prior to extrusion, followed by Zavfino’s thermal and high-voltage cleaning procedure. This process removes residual oils, contaminants, and drawing compounds from the conductor surface while simultaneously conditioning the cable under continuous voltage. The result is a lower noise floor, improved conductivity, and performance characteristics comparable to a cable that has undergone extended run-in time.

Silver Dart also incorporates a newly engineered graphene-doped dielectric together with a conductive graphene shielding layer. This advanced lightweight shielding system provides additional EMI and RFI suppression without restricting transient current delivery — a limitation often associated with heavily braided shielding structures. The graphene-based architecture improves shielding efficiency while maintaining unrestricted power transfer and dynamic response.

Further enhancing performance is Zavfino’s spaced-layer cable-in-cable geometry, utilizing a mechanically isolated internal power cable suspended within an overall 23 mm outer structure. This design improves dielectric separation, minimizes mechanical resonance, and enhances overall electrical stability under high-current demand conditions.

Silver Dart is optimized for high-current audio applications including large power amplifiers, mono-block amplifiers, tube amplifiers, power conditioners, and other high power-flow components where unrestricted energy transfer and low impedance are critical.

The performance of the Silver Dart is characterized by unrestricted current delivery, exceptional dynamic capability, and outstanding tonal neutrality. Rather than imposing coloration or artificial warmth, Silver Dart preserves the natural character of connected components while enhancing low-level resolution, transient speed, spatial accuracy, and overall system realism.
