The Fusion MKII Pure Silver Ag / PCOCC Hybrid Interconnect is designed as a synergy between solid pure silver and PCOCC single crystal copper. It combines pure silver openness and tonal clarity with the well-rounded and robust bass character of OCC copper, aiming for musicality and raw musical reproduction true to the original artist.

The Fusion MKII is built around the combination of solid pure silver and PCOCC single crystal copper. Its construction was developed to bring together the strengths of both conductor materials: the openness and tonal clarity of pure silver with the well-rounded and robust bass of OCC copper.

According to Zavfino, the cable was developed over more than a year of prototyping and construction changes to reach a balance between musicality and raw musical reproduction.

Like all Zavfino cable products, The Fusion MKII goes through an Ultra Sonic cleaning process. During this process, the raw copper is passed through a supercharged water bath to remove dirt, oil, particles and impurities from the surface of the wire before it is stranded together with the pure silver conductors. This Ultra Sonic bath also has the added effect of giving the cable a pre-burn sound that could otherwise take hundreds of hours to achieve through normal use.
